Biographical Note for Gould, Steven (1955): Steve Gould was born February 7, 1955 in Fort Huachuca, AZ.  Gould attended Texas A&M University, writing part-time as a student.  After college, Gould is a free-lance writer and computer professional.  His novels and short stories are well regarded throughout his career, with two short stories nominated for the Hugo Award.
